"Sammi is great she is so nice and communicates great she got me everything i needed and made sure everything was okay and that I was comfortable with everything and understood everything told me if I had any questions to just ask her and even down the road if I needed her she was there to be able to help me I'm glad to be working with and having a good person to make sure I'm talking care of."

"I am so happy that I shopped around for my auto and homeowners insurance. My previous insurance company had gone up substantially. I received a call from Debbie with Peyton Booker’s State Farm office. She took the time to go over every aspect of my policies and help me compare rates . She was very helpful and patient. After several conversations, she was able to offer me better coverage and also reduce my premiums. "After more than twelve years with my previous State Farm Agent, she retired and Peyton Booker replaced her. I was really hoping to still get the great service I was accustomed to, and have to say that, so far, I am more than pleased, and especially with the great service from Sammi Ritter, who takes care of my account. "Hannah was soooo helpful. I did not realize how UNDER insured we were not ONLY on auto but our homeowners as well. We had NOT updated our policy for 30 years just paid the premium auto pay and called when we changed vehicles. Thank GOD we had never had a claim because we would have been shocked at how little coverage we actually had . Not only did we get adequate coverage but at a LOWER RATE Hannah did NOT try to pressure us into buying INS we did Not need she explained in detail just what each item pertained to. As senior citizens we are on a fixed income and State Farm provided all our needs and was on our budget. Highly recommend"

"I was looking at getting the most home and auto coverage for our money. After reviewing several different companies , I came to the conclusion that State Farm w/Peyton Booker in Jefferson City was the best for us. It’s not that I wasn’t happy with whom I was with, but the underwriters couldn’t get me the coverage I was looking for and the cost. I was very pleased with his staff and Peyton himself. I wanted to stay local."

"It got complicated with my last insurance agency. Very hard to deal with on the phone since there was no brick or mortar. I decided to find a close insurance agent where I can walk through the door be politely greeted and sit down to answer my questions. And Samantha did that. "Update 8/24/24. I have been with this agency for over 20 years. My agent Angie retired and this is the new agent. Frustrated that he cannot explain how much a credit I received, how much I was billed and what is going to happen with the rest of the credit. It's not rocket science. He said he doesn't know it comes from corporate. I responded well maybe I need a new agent who can answer simple billing questions ..he replied yes maybe you do WOW. People wonder why they can't keep customers. And Sammy who answers the phone sounds like she would rather be doing anything but helping you. I have left fyi lol"
